Exercise ball

Okay, i did a little shopping today. i bought one of those huge exercise balls. i saw this movie, i think it was Stealth, you know, with Jamie Foxx and Jessicia Biel, well anyway, there is a scene where she is on the ball at the computer, and i was like, yea, i can do that. hey it's exercise! try it! later

Broken New Years Resolutions

hi, guys, it's towards the end of Feb. and already I have broken 2 new years promises to myself. One was to blog more often, the other was to diet more religiously. I can't help it, I love food,and I hate to exercise, i mean, who doesn't?! Anyway, from this day forward, i am gonna do better, and i am starting with this post. later
